1. Cleaning and washing machine: In cassava production line, the main purpose of the first two cassava starch extraction machine is to remove the sediment from the outer cortex of cassavaes and wash the epidermis of cassavaes. The fresh cassava is cleaned in dry sieve in which the impurities are cleaned such as sand and small stones. Then we use the rotary washing machine for removing the soil, sand and other impurities. This process is the basis of guarantee the quality of starch, the cleaner the raw cassavaes are cleaned, the better the starch quality is.

2. Crushing machine: The role of cassava starch extraction machine for crushing is to destroy the structure of cassava, so that tiny starch granules can be disintegrated and separated from the roots of cassava. In cassava starch manufacturing process, the widely used crushing machine is rasper. The machine relies on high-speed operation to disintegrate cassava so that the starch granules are continuously separated.  And the disintegrated cassava is processed into starch slurry by using water as a medium.

3. Separating machine: Separating section is another key process in cassava roduction line that affects the extraction rate of cassava starch. Its main purpose is to separate the fiber from starch. And the widely used cassava starch extraction machine for separating includes centriguge sieve and fine fiber sieve. Good centrifugal sieve and centrifugal technology can allow the extraction of free starch from cassava cells. And normally we use multi stage centrifuge sieve for the separating process so as to achieve better separating effect

4. Desanding machine: According to the principle of specific gravity separation, the starch slurry is pumped into the cassava starch extraction machine for desanding by a pressure pump, and the bottom stream is desanded, and the top stream is passed through the slurry to achieve the purpose of sand removal.

5. Concentration and purification machine: In this process, we designed a 14-stage concentrated hydrocyclone station for how to produce cassava starch. And the process water is pumped from the other end of the cassava starch extraction machine to wash the starch in a countercurrent manner. The multi-stage washing can ensure the washing effect of the cyclone station, better remove the impurities such as fiber and protein contained in the starch milk.

6. Dewatering machine: The cassava starch extraction machine for dewatering is mainly for reduce the water content of the wet starch. By adopting negative press principle, vacuum filter can effectively reduce the water content of starch so that it can be dried in the flash dryer. After dewatering, the water content of starch milk first should be about 38%-40%.

7. Drying and packing machine: The wet starch dehydrated by vacuum filter is transferred to flash dryer for drying. It is required to after the drying by cassava starch extraction machine, the moisture content of the finished starch is about 13.5%. Then the starch is packed for storage. And this process requires a sufficient number of bags, a firm package, and timely storage.
