ST03 type is the best machine which is absorbing the most excellent technology in the world. It is always used in the seal and adhesive during making insulating glass and machinery making. This machine adopting Korean Motor Driving System on A Glue Pump, smart control of direction and special conveniently adjustable proportion system, all of these advantage can meet maximum limit proportion of the two component sealant, it can realize uniformly continuous Sealant volume, good extruding effect and high efficiency.

Advantage:

1.       The ratio test station is to have a hand lever connected to both A and B components.

2.       Baseplate to be fitted with trolley wheels.And there are 2 slots on the baseplate. Each slot is 200mm wide and 500mm long, for the convenience of uploading machine from container.

3.       Single base plate with wheels.

4.       The curative pump (part B) and follower plate is supported by two cylinders like the photo.

5.       The guage should be mounted on the material block eliminating the 90 °bend. And the release valve should have a direct return feed back to the curative line.

6.       The air reservoir that holds the gauges is the size up to 60X80mm,which is bigger than the other factories.

7.       The rubber hoses on the curative side to be replated with teflon lined hoses,which have a longer life than the normal rubber hose.
