Aluminum spacer bending machine for insulating glass

We have two models, Semi automatic model and CNC automatic model.

1.  Semi automatic aluminum spacer bending machine

      It can only bend aluminum spacer frame with rectangle and square shape.

      This machine bend with manual way. The locating system is with logic switch control to finish bending. it can bend with 0-130 angle.

          Technique parameter:

           (1)  Air pressure: 0.50.8Mpa   (2) aluminum bar specification: 5.5-20mm

           (3)  processing profile dimension: Min370×370mm

                                                                  Max 2000×2000mm

            (4) bending angle: 90°

2. CNC automatic aluminum spacer bending machine

      It can bend aluminum spacer with different shape, such as rectangle, positive five square, circle, positive hexagon and so on.

      Main Technical data:

      (1) External dimension: 10500x2200x2600mm

      (2) Processing parameters: 4 series and 32 different sizes (8 different sizes for each series) of rectangular aluminum frames can be input in the equipment. Up to 9999 pieces of aluminum frames of same size can be fabricated within one batch.

      (3)Sizes of suitable raw aluminum bar are : width 6mm~24mm, Length: 4000mm~6000mm.

      (4)Size of fabricated aluminum frame: Minium 200x280mm (rectangular)

      (5)Processing speed: within 29 per second (1000x1000mm)
