Features

1. This machine mainly composed by A component glue squeeze pump, B component glue squeeze pump, accessories for A component pump moving, accessories for B component pump moving, high pressure piston pump, ratio adjustable device, ratio detecting system, glue mixing and coating system, pneumatic control systems and electrical control system etc.

2. A component glue squeeze pump is droved by pneumatic motor system, which imported by South Korea; B component glue squeeze pump is droved by cylinder that is controlled by electromagnetic valve.

3. Its unique and easily adjustable ratio of institutions, which can ensure the requirements of ratio for adhesion and sealing, it can seal continuously and uniformly, high production efficiency.

4. With inhalation of A component glue and increased pressure, it is the same to B component glue, and it is sent to the high pressure piston pump, the flow of A and B component is controlled by ratio adjustable device, then they are sent into mixture at the same time, after mix fully, they reach to glue gun.

5. There is one way valve on the mixture, which can prevent A and B mixing and solidifying itself and blocking channel.

6. The machine can be used to spread two-component Polysulfide glue or silicone glue.
