. Brief instruction of this Insulating Glass Machine:

A.brush import from USA,DuPont brand which can wash glass clean and use durable, it can protect Low-E glass. 

B. Washing Low-E glass is available. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass.
C.electric part import from Japan, OMRON brand, PLC control system with touch screen interface
D.bearing import from Sweden,SKF brand. It is water-proof bearing without oil lubricant and can keep the water clean.

E.It can make stepped glass, shaped glass, double layers and three layers.

This Insulating Glass Machine is special equipment for aluminum  groove type  insulating glass,  it can make two-layer and three-layer insulating glasses with equal and unequal glass sheets

2.it can process glass sheets in the size of 400*400mm~3000*2500mm ,3~25mm thick for single glass.

3.The line consists of  glass sheet loading machine, glass washing machine, light detecting machine,aluminum frame positioning machine, glass sheets pressing machine, finished glass unloading machine and so on.

4.The machine adopts the elite low voltage apparatus sensors, PLC and so on at home and abroad,

5The machine surface is treated with spray coating and baking varnish disposal,which make it atractive and durable

6. The washing machine is made of stainless steel and other corrosion resistant material to guarantee a long service life, and the drier adopt circulating air to guarantee good drying effect and to reduce the noise

As for our IG unit production line, we have three proposals,

Picture 1) Super proposal, the whole line is automatic running except spacer attaching, cost a little high with high  efficient and energy saving, it can do 800-900pcs of IG unit per 8 hours , it can also do triple glass unit. It is good choice for the coutry where the salary is very high.

    Picture 2)  Advanced proposal, the whole line is automatic running, except  spacer attaching and glass sealant. It cost about 50% of the super proposal line. It work fast with 500-600pcs of IG unit per 8 hours, it can also do triple glass unit. This line is suitable for most countries.

  Picture 3)  Primary proposal, is an economic choice; the whole line is done by manual except the automatic insulating glass machine. It cost about 30% of the super proposal line. It can do 300-400 pcs of IG unit per 8 hours. This line is suitable for the area where the worker's salary is very low.
