The grinding cutting disc is divided into four grades, respectively is 35µ, 20µ, 10µ,and 5µ, you can select the grade of diamond lapping film according to the scratches'deep and shallow.

Generally for deep scratches(can see and feel), should first select 35µ, first grind off the scratch with 35µ diamond lapping film and this is the coarse grinding stage; then accurate grinding use 20µ, 10µ and 5µ diamond lapping film, and then polishing.

1,Deep Scratch Grade:

The scratch can be seen clearly and be felt by finger belly.

Scratch Repair Steps: Use the green, Pink, blue and orange grinding plate successively,and then do the polishing.

2,Moderate Scratch Grade:

The scratch can be seen and be felt by fingernail, cannot be felt by finger belly.

Scratch Repair Steps: use the pink, blue and orange grinding plate successively, and then do the polish.

3,Slight Scratch grade:

The scratch cannot be seen and also cannot be felt by fingernail.

Scratch Repair Steps: Use the blue and orange grinding plate, and then do the polish.

4,Hair Scratch Grade:

The scratch can only be seen with special tools (or at special angle), and cannot be feltby fingernail or finger belly.
