Main Feature:

1. The whole line adopts PLC to control the working condition, 7.0 inch color touch screen makes the operation more direct and easy.
2. Processing double double glazing, triple glazing, abnormal shaped glass (with a right-angle), curtain wall glass, LOW-E glass and so on.
3. Adopts stepless frequency conversion to adjust the speed.
4. The whole line has two kinds of operating mode: manual operation and automatic operation.
5. Adopts automatic LOW-E glass identefying system
6. Glass washing and drying section are made of stainless steel. Three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge roller guarantee the quality of glass washing.
7. The rhombic air knife is made by CNC bending, makes the drying more convenient.
8. The pressing section is driven by hydraulic system. Two retainers effectively prevent the slide of the glass. Two press board can be opened to 450mm, convenient to maintain.
9. The material of board for this machine is high density board, moisture proof, hard to distort.
