(1)soft brush

There are three pairs of brushes in the washing section.
The brush adopts custom-made and imported nylon,front is three pairs of soft brushes
(Φ0.08mm),which can prevent coating glass being scratched.,back is three pairs of hard brushes(φ0.1mm),it last the brushes life.
(2)Install 6 motors

It has 6 motors, from one motor with one brush,can last the usage life of the washing and drying section.

This motor is speed motor,can control and change the speed transmission of the sector.

(3)install 8 rubber drag roller

According to the glass thickness,can wash the width from 3mm to 19mm, automatically control the spacing of the drag roller, it doesn't need any other manual adjustment that have different thickness in the adjustable scope by bearings.

(4)detachable rotary spray nozzle


This spray nozzle can be putted down from the machine when it dirty and can change the angle as we want.
(5)There is a first-level water tank, and three baffles. It can reserve 0.5m³water.

It has three water tanks to keep clearing glass.The water tank is equipped with a heater and can keep the temperature of the water. Three water tanks can assure that glass will use the clear water when it go through the three water tanks. The temperature of the water can reach 45℃ and make sure the quality of washing grass.In other way , we can offer the pure water processor when the water is acid or bias avoid appearing water stain.(by your choice)
(5)The parts that contact with water are made of stainless steel or aluminum.

(6) The rubber drag roller
It can transmit the glass and protects the surface of glass from scratching.The washing and drying section adopts stepped frequency conversion governor, which make the glass run at the appropriate speed stably. Four levels of cleans, guarantee the best clean effect. The clean section uses the high quality stainless steel completely; the part, which may contact with water, uses the stainless steel or the copper nature material.
Drying part

the air enters into the air knife from the top. The distance between the air knife and the glass should be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass in order to guarantee the drying effect. Air passage adopts the most advanced design and increase the drying speed and productivity.

(7) air knife is made by laser cutting CNC bending

Air knife is made by laser cutting CNC bending,is more solid and wear resistance. 
There is a pair of air knife, the front air knife can adjust backward or forward according the glass thickness. The blower, which is equipped with heater, blows strong hot wind; also it is equipped with infrared heater that can dry the both sides of the glass quickly.
The dry section uses the high quality stainless steel, all of them are anti-corrosive material (including air knife, transfer gantry), the two air knives relative surfaces gradient can adjust basis on the glass thickness in the structure, the first wind knife automatic control and adjust the distance to the glass surface, it can be used to clean glass that of different thickness, fully consistently guaranteed the distance between the gusty and the glass surface, the inside of the air knife can be cleaned.
(7) high pressure air blower

Uses the two-stage high pressure air blower, the wind power is strong, the wind that enters into the air knife will be filtrated, so can guaranteed the purity of the air.

This is a the half circulation hot blast can guarantee the dry effect, the high efficiency air blower can guarantee the glass can be completely pure drying.
The outlet of the wind machine is equipped with a wind flow regulating valve. When the
light inspection stops work, the wind outlet will close automatically, avoiding the
caused to the glass

In the air blower and the blade carrier installs air noise reduce and absorption
material,the movement noise is lower than 75 decibels.
