1. Q: Where is your factory located ? How can I visit here ? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A: Our production base is located on the " sanitary ware production bases in China " Shuikou town,Guangdong Kaiping,China. our marketing department is located on Shenzhen Guangdong, China; 
Which will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory; one and half hours from Foshan City to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou City or Foshan City.

2. Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities,can you factory accept customized products?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 10 years experience.
Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more.

3. Q: How long could I get my order?
A: Stock Products: shipping within 24 hours.
B: Customized products: usually 10-15 days. It depends on your design and quantity.

4. Q: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: AoJie develops process - oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirement and expectation in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage.
All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error–free products to our customers.We will show you these in our workshop during your visiting.

A: We are glad to offer you samples for test. Leave us message of the item you want and your city address.
