Cleat typesT, TS, C, TC and TCS.

"TS" and "TCS" cleat are normally used for abrasion condition

"T" and "TS" cleat are normally used up to 45 degree

"TC" and "TCS" are normally used from 45 degree to 87

Structure
Four parts: Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber; Reinforced core; Cross rigid. 
Min top cover thickness: 3 mm; 
Min bottom cover thickness: 1.5 mm. 
Belt carcass ( casing ply): EP, Cotton, Nylon Steel CordCharacteristcis:
1) Conveying angle 30~90oC

Application:

Applying for large angle transporting,the maximum angle is 90°.
