Main features of TD bucket elevator:

1. Conveying capacity is large. Compared with D type, the conveying capacity of TD type with the same bucket width increases nearly twice.

2. High-strength rubber conveyor belts for tractors have high tensile strength and long service life.

3. The whole machine has simple structure, convenient installation, easy adjustment, maintenance and maintenance.

4. The traction parts are low alloy high strength circular ring chains. After proper heat treatment, they have high tensile strength, wear resistance and long service life.

The structure type of TD bucket elevator:

(1) There are two types of transmission device of TD bucket elevator, which are equipped with YZ or ZQ (YY) reducers respectively. YZ type axle-mounted reducer is directly mounted on the spindle head, eliminating the transmission platform and coupling, making the structure compact, light weight, and its internal with special-shaped roll backstop, reliable backstop. The reducer has the advantages of low noise, smooth operation and floating with the spindle, thus eliminating installation stress.

(2) TD bucket elevator has four kinds of hoppers: Q (shallow hopper), H (arc bottom hopper), ZD (middle deep hopper), SD (deep hopper).
