The use of VDR series vane pumps is:

4, pressure regulation: pressure adjustment bolts, turn to the right, pressure drop. Turn left and the pressure rises.

5. About P-Q adjustment at factory (standard product)

Flow regulation = maximum flow specified in product catalog.

Pressure adjustment = set pressure for the upper right surface.

6, the initial operation of the pump, the pump discharge side without load, repeatedly starting motor, pump and exhaust pipe in the air, confirm the pump discharge of oil, at least 10 minutes of continuous operation without load. Piping that is difficult to exhaust when starting, please install the exhaust valve.

11, as the belt pulley and gear drive, shaft ends avoid radial axial load. The pump shaft is installed horizontally.

12, please use the oil filter to filter the viscosity of about 100 m (150 mesh) products in the oil return pipe to the tank using 25 m pipeline filter.

17, the core deviation between the pump shaft and the motor shaft is less than 0.05mm, and the installation platform should have enough rigidity. (angle error is less than 1 degrees).
