l Large Inclination Upward Belt Conveyor

l Large Inclination Upward Belt Conveyor can be widely applied in coal mines, ports, power plants and cement plants, as a versatile and money-saving equipment of elevating materials continuously from one level to another at extremely steep angles. With our patent product “New-typed Chevron Conveyor Belt” and “Hydraulic Viscous Soft Start Device”，the designed angle could reach up to+38°and successful site installation of 33°.

l Large Inclination Downward Belt Conveyor

With our self-developed KPZ Self Cooling Disc Brake Device and New Type Chevron Conveyor Belt, we have designed and installed multiple belt conveyors of -29°already. Besides, we have also successfully developed a cross head belt conveyor of  -23°large inclination downward.  

l Overland Long-distance Curved Belt Conveyor 

The general lay-out of long-distance curved belt conveyor contains both horizontal and vertical turnings, it is flexible and adaptable to variety of complicated rugged terrain over the mountain, river, etc.

We have successfully designed more than 200 sets of curved belt conveyors, among them there are belt conveyors with min. radii 120m, max. turning angle of 47.7°and 10 turnings in one conveyor. Our belt conveyors have been widely applied in industry of cement plant, power station and coal mining etc..
