Product Description
Pipe fit up table
Pipe fit up stable consists of multi-function fitting-up table, pipe supporting carriage, flange fitting-up machine and rail skids.
It can complete fitting-up/assemble of pipe and every kind of pipe fitting, such as elbow, flange, tee, reducer, and it is also be able to fit elbow to flange directly. The tacking welding work will also be done in the fitting-up station manually.
Pipe fit up table can be adjusted like up/down, left/right, forward/backward motorizedlly. The flange fitting-up machine is movable along the guide rail, and is able to adjust manually up/down. The flange chuck is rotatable to balance the misalignment of joint to guarantee the welding qualification rate.
Features:
l Suitable for C.S/ S.S/ AL.S
l To avoid contamination, the surface of contacting part of pipe fitting up table and S.S pipe will be S.S plate covered or rubber covered.
l Several models are available to suit for different size pipes from 2 to 24 inch, from 6 to 32inch, from 12 to 48inch or from 26 to 60inch.
