SAW cutting machine
SAW cutting machine is designed for CS/ SS/ ALS pipe cutting. The whole station consists of raw pipe storage rack, pipes stoppers, pipe kicking device, pipe feeding in conveyors, SAW cutting main machine, cut-off pipe feeding out conveyors, pipe kicking out device and pipe buffer rack.
Features:
l Several models available: 24” type, 32” type, 48” type, 60” type
l PLC control
l With self-measuring function
l With hydraulic pipe centering & chucking function
l Cutting accuracy: ±0.5mm
l Cutting speed: it takes 6 mins to cut a 24” pipe of 25mm thickness
l Can be used for SS or CS pipe cutting
l Can also be set up as production line with other pipe fabrication machines
