Characteristics

1. Hydraulic mill roll stand with Expanding Chuck, 

    The clamped scroll: Φ1500mm ×(800~1600)mm

2. BA-150 Auto Splicer.

    High precision, tensile force wheel is controlled by electron control to obtain stable splicing

3. Automatic inner vacuum cassette single facer.

    Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ360mm,made of material 48CrMo alloy metal

4. Pre-conditioner, preheater 

    Diameter of the heating barrels are ?900 mm.

    There are two guide rollers over the top of the pre-heater big barrel (with polishing surface),

    one is fastness, another rotate around the big barrel by electro-motion adjustment.

5. Single layer span bridge, Germany structure of conveyor.

    At the bottom of the bridge, equipped with relevant illumination, be convenient to operate.

6. PLC control rotary shear cut-off and convey stacker

    Shearer Cut-off is a new advanced equipment for producing B,E, F…FLUTE single face corrugated cardboard equipped in production line, also can cut base paper(such as white cardboard, kraft paper) into sheets.

7. Single face rewinder

    Equipped 4 sets of round blades slitting, 1-3 rolls after rewind.

    The caustic dissolving tank is made of Stainless Steel. The system is devised with agitating unit.
