Working principle
The dust gas of the dust collector in the stone plant comes into the ash bucket from the tuyere, a part of the coarser dust particles and the condensed dust mass, as a result of the inertia effect, plays the role of precollecting dust. When the air enters the ash hopper, it flows into the box. When the pulse filter is applied, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The cleaned gas enters the cleaning chamber at the upper part of the filter cartridge and is collected and discharged to the exhaust pipe. The dust removal of the dust collector is completed by the pulse electromagnetic valve and the control instrument, and the reasonable dust cleaning ensures the service life of the filter cartridge.
When the special precipitator dust collector works in the stone factory, with the continuous filtration, the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter cartridge increases gradually, and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases. When the set value is reached or the time is reached, the dust control instrument sends out the ash cleaning instructions, clears the dust on the surface of the filter and falls into the ash bucket, and the whole process is filtering, pulsing and blowing out.
The stone plant dust remover is suitable for the process recovery and dust removal and purification of the fine dust, and the emission concentration can be far lower than the state regulations.
The dust collector of the stone factory is a low energy dust cleaning and external filter bag filter. Its filter bag is flat bag, and the cross section shape of the filter bag is made into trapezoidal or wedge-shaped. Compared with the circular filter bag, under the same filter load per unit area of the filter, the area is small and the structure is compact, that is to say, the filter area can be arranged in a unit volume, which is a major feature of it. At present, it has been gradually popularized in the crushing and screening industry.
