Production description:

The HG76 mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ30mm-Φ90mm thickness is 1.0-4.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

High-frequency ERW straight seam pipe making machine, for the whole production line,at first,the coil is loaded at the uncoiler,then butt-welding the ends of coil,delivering to accumulator.After accumulator ,the strip is pulled from accumulator continuously by fixed speed, is formed to opened-pipe at forming machine,then weled by high frequency welder,de-burred,colled,shaped and sized as round pipe and rectangle & square pipe at the sizing area.Then the sized pipe is straightened after Turkey-head device and then cut to fixed length by flying saw.At last, the fixed pipe is delivered from run-out table and inspected at the table

This line could produce the round pipe, the rectangle and waure pipe by material of cold/hot rolled coil etc. It could be used at the metallurgy ,construction,transportation,machinery,cutmobile industry.Adapting "W" forming type,it could make much more reasonable force,and much more perfect forming shape at each stand etc.

SteelTape →→ Un-coiler →→ Strip-head Cutter and welder →→Spiral  accumulator →→ Forming section(Flattening unit  +Main driving unit+Forming unit +Guide unit +High frequency induction welding unit +squeeze roller) →→ De-burr frame →→Cooling unit →→ Sizing unit and straightener →→ Flying saw under computer-control →→ Run-out table
