To eliminate insects by sterilization, the moisture in the wood is reduced to below 10 degrees to prevent deformation during use. It is immersed in imported outdoor oil, and the oil penetrates into the wood to protect the wood. The texture of the material is beautiful, the plane is smooth, and it has the characteristics of fragrance, corrosion resistance and insect resistance. The structure is slightly thick and uniform; the hardness is medium to large and the strength is high. The raw material is easy to process, the cut surface is smooth, the polishing property is good, and the nail holding power is strong. After drying, it is machined and hand-processed, and the surface is coated with multi-layer outdoor polyester paint. Steel parts are selected from steel pipes and steel plates that meet the standards, and are electrostatically sprayed after surface treatment such as degreasing, pickling, rusting and phosphating. It is baked at 180-250 °C for more than 15 minutes. It has strong surface adhesion, good gloss, anti-rust, anti-UV, impact resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
