Plain Tube:

Used for venous specimen blood collection and separate the serum,

it can be used for biochemical, Immunological,serological,detection of drug concentration and detection of trace elements,additives sprayed
on the serum tube inner wall can prevent blood attach on the tube wall.
Centrifugation conditions:After blood coagulation.10 minutes’ centrifugation under1300g.room temperature25℃ 

PT Tube:

PT tube is mainly used for coagulation testing(PT/APTT/TT/FBG)and the guidance for clinical therapeutic Drug monitoring and detection of coagulation factors.

The additive is 3.2% sodium citrate and the concentration ratio for additives and blood is 1:9.
Mixing Requirments:After blood collectio,turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shake it 3-4 times carefully. 

ESR Tube

ESR tube is used for testing erythrocyte sedimentation rate.

The additive is 3.8% sodium citrate and the concentration for additive and blood is 1:4.8

glass tube can match automatic ESR analyzer or visual type blood sedimentation rack to use.This is a closed system and it can be manipulated directly without opening
the cap.
Mixing Requirments:After blood collectio,turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shake it 8-10 times carefully. 

Heparin Tube

Heparin tube sprayed with lithium heparin or sodium heparin is used for separating plasma after blood collection.

it is applied to rapid plasma biochemical test.

It is available for most of clinical biochemistry test or used for experiment of hemorheology

EDTA Tube:

EDTA tube contain EDTAK2 or EDTAK3.

EDTAK2 is sprayed averagely on the wall in frog.

EDTA tueb is mainly Used for blood routine,Glucated hemoglobin,examination before transfusion(blood group identification, Antibody screening and crossmatch)and others.
