1.       Computerized high speed lamination, up to 10000 sheets per hour.

2.       Consisting of stream feeding suction head, four sets of forwarding suckers ensuring smooth transportation substrate.

3.       Feeder seat: E-type low-pile board design, can be fit into place the paper in pallet truck.

4.       Paper collection section: matching fluff type of paper structure, can overlap the finished product after pressing to ensure the smooth of the paper neatly.

Top feeding unit 

Put the paperboard on the flat plate, this unit automatically up to the designated location, 

feeder deliver the paperboard by vacuum absorption.

Bottom feeding unit 

This unit adopted the  unique electrical transmission structure, ensure the high speed of sheet

conveying and accuracy and not deflect. The transmitting belt has strong adaptability of the 

Alice of corrugated paper.

Gluing unit:

Using stainless steel glue roller, never rust, after grinding the amount of glue keeps in the minimum to ensure uniform glue, lower roller is use water roller clean.

Electrical unit：

According to the European CE standard design, to ensure that the whole machine is stable, high efficiency, low failure, combined with the man-machine interface and PLC to warn, detection the fault, operating speed and other information displayed on the screen.
