Q1.How many PCS for a full head?

A : For average head size, here is my suggestion:

Length:12"-18"       2 bundles

Length:20"-26":      3 bundles

The hair you need is based on the size of your head and hair length personal preference.

Q2.What does it mean by unprocessed hair?

A: It means its 100% raw natural hair that has never been treated with any type of harsh chemicals.

Q3. How long does it last?

A : How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year. 

As our old customers feedback, it also could last 2-3 years if well-cared.

Q4: Can they be straightened, curled ?

A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the Brazilian Virgin Hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q5: Can I dye/color the hair?

A: Yes. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than lighter the hair. 

We recommend to dye darken, not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficulty to fade the original color. 

Improper dying will ruin the hair.

Q6: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extension?

A: Yes. You can wash them as you would with your own shampoo and conditioner. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. 

It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q7.What is remy hair?  

A: Remy hair is collected in a manner that keeps all of the cuticle in one direction from root to tip. Remy hair extensions are stronger, healthier and tangle free as compared to non-remy hair. This hair may have undergone a process for texture. This hair can be used for multiple installations. 

Q8.Why the colors of hair extension don’t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?

Different monitor have different display. And every time, may be the same color will have a little color differentia. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the color’s code as the international color swatch says.

Q9. How often should I wash/shampoo my Virgin Natural hair?  

A: Wash it as often as you like and condition when possible, remember this hair is very strong and durable. We recommend that you shampoo your extensions at least once a week. Be careful to pay attention to your natural hair underneath, making sure to dry it properly to prevent mildew.
