Here are some details which we strongly recommend you to take few minutes to read it.

1. Hair Color

It’s virgin hair one bundle cut from one donor’s head and without any chemical process.The hair colors are not the same. It’s during from #1b to #2.

If you have any special requirement about the hair, please freely let me know.We will select the hair for you and arrange the shipment.

2. Hair Length

All the hair we produce is true length, maybe a little longer than the actual length.However, the hair texture like wavy and curly look a little bit shorter. The correct way to measure the hair length is after stretching.

3. Hair Weight

One bundle hair was collected from one donor’s head.So the weight are not the same.It’s 35g more or less around 100g,so the hair weight you received if during this range, it’s norma

4. Split Ends

The hair ends is far away from the hair root, lack of nutrition and easy to have issue the split end.What we do is selecting the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair ends before shipping.

But it’s hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair.The split ends will be improved after using the hair conditioner treatment.

5. White/Grey Hair

All of our weft material are 100% HUMAN HAIR. There are some white/gray hair inside.We will pick the white/gray hair out from the weft before shipment.But all the work made by hand, it’s difficult to avoid that there is little white/gray hair inside.Please pick out from the weft.Thanks for your understanding.

1: How to distinguish human hair with synthetic hair?
Just burning and smell: human hair will be ash, smell foul and show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball and show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
2. Can I wash & blow-dry the hair weave?
You can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

3. Why are my hair weave getting tangled?
Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. 

4. How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.

5. Can they be curled?
Treat the hair as if it is your own,never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
