Performance in positive/negative pressure

As the steel ring being the main skeleton, the maximum working pressure is up to 5.0Mpa, negative pressure 0.1Mpa. When the pressure reaches to its limit because of the fluids inside, the hose itself would only creep instead of instantaneous blasing.

Great temperature tolerance

The normal working temperature is  -80℃~110℃ and the hose wouldn't get harder or softer as the climate or applicable temperature around changes.

It is a multi-layer thermoplastic hose made from Polypropylene, Polyethylene and Polyester films and Polypropylene fabrics, with a weather-proof and abrasion resistant outer cover made of Polymeric coated Polyester abric. Outer cover is also available in a special PU coated fabric; its UV, Ozone, Sunlight and weathering resistance, offers superior temperature and abrasion charactwieristics.

All the different layers are wrapped together and tensioned between internal and external wire spirals. This enables our product to meet the requirement of the Petrol-chemical industry and those of the oil tank truck industry.

Description：

The inner spiral wire: Usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or TEFLON coated steel wire;

Outer spiral wire: Made of stainless steel or galvanized steel basically;

Lining: According to the material properties of teflon polietilene nylon PET and other functional films by proprietary technology, composite hose has a broad resistance to liquid sealing performance strengthening layer and anti-aging.

Outer: Strengthening layer is hose provides bearing strength. Color outer hose layer uses the anti-wear anti-aging.
