2. How can I get a quote?

Please email us about your inquiry to us with details request by email like hand drawing design, size, plating color finished, and quantity etc. if you ask personalized design. We will reply you with our best price with a working day as soon as we can.

3. What is the shipping method and shipment time?

For small order will be delivered by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx etc. express (4-5days door to door service)

For big order will be delivered by ocean. (20-30days)

4. How can I confirm the quality is what I want?

Samples can be made before produce or Available samples can be sent for checking before order.

5. How long can I expect to get the samples?

Usually for personalized sample will be ready after 5-7days when Sample order confirmed and take 3-5days for shipment by express.

If available samples, will take 3-5days to deliver and arrive your place
