PURFIED WATER TANK AND TRANSFER PUMP

The purified water is stored in purified water tank and transported to process water point by conveying pump .The conveying pump adopt Frequency Converting Control ,which controlled by flow meter on outlet water pipeline .The purified water tank manily monitors and controls the liquid level in the water tank through the liquid level meter in the water tank .The purified water tank set 4 level points :

  To open inlet water valve when the water level is in the middle limits,

ULTRAVIOLET LAMP STERILIZER

A flowed ultraviolet sterilizer(UV) with a wavelength of 254nm is set up on main water pipe of total distribution system ,to eliminate bacteria that may be generated during the storage and transportation of purified water quality,so as to meet the requirement of terminal water for purified water quality .The online UV sterilizer is equipped with observation hole and time timer ,It can respond to the cumulative usage time of the sterilizer in real time to conveniently monitor lifetime of lamp pipe to replace lamp tube in time .Quartz glass bushing should be conveniently disassembled and cleaned.

SYSTEM DISINFECTION

The water in the system is heated to 80～85°C by double tuble heat exchanger for disinfection of purified water storage and distribution circulation pipeline ,and keep disinfection time for 1 hour. In the process of disinfection ,the system should be kept continuous cycle to disinfect the entire loop and purified water tank.

After finishing disinfection,the water in purified water tank and pipeline is cooled down to below 35℃by the plate heat exchanger ( Medium:7℃ chilled water ),then discharged.

The temperature of disinfection is detected &monitored by the online temperature detector ,then detected data will be transmitted to PLC,when the detected data exceeds the limits ,the PLC can automatically control the disinfection temperature by regulating valve automatically adjust inflow of industry steam ,the disinfection period of the system is determined by the actual verification.
