This product is used for the waxy clearance of all kinds of metal (aluminum and its alloys, steel, iron, copper), jewelry, plastic, rubber, etc. It can also be used in the removal of aluminum, iron and steel polishing paste, and no damage to the gloss of aluminum and steel surface and own rust proof function after cleaning.

Third, usage method：

1.add 10-20 times water into wax removal liquid to formulate as a cleaning solution.

2.the cleaning solution is heated by an electric heating pipe to a temperature of 50℃ -80℃.

ak cleaned work pieces 3-10 minutes in cleaning solution , carry out a certain mechanical mixing and keep 50℃-80 ℃.

4.take out the work piece and clean the work piece with clear water.

5.ultrasonic cleaning machine need not be heated for cleaning operation

6.cleaning fluid after a certain time, filtered wax residue in the wash tank filters can be used again, or regard this filtered cleaning solution as crude wash, you can take full advantage of cleaning fluid to reduce cleaning costs.
