Dongguan Xinke Metal Stampings has been providing custom metal stamping services to clients from a wide range of industries. Backed by our extensive experience, remarkable staff of engineers, and the latest equipment, we can execute even the most complex metal stamping tasks with unrivaled precision and quality.

Our metal stamping presses range in size from 22 to 400 tons, allowing us to produce components in simple and complex shapes from dies designed and developed in-house in our tool and die department.

3. Metal Forming and Shaping

Dongguan Xinke Metal Stampings takes pride in our ability to form the most complex shapes using tooling produced in our own tool and die shop.

In almost ten years we have built tooling to produce over 5,000 different parts, some simple but many challenging shapes as well. It’s not uncommon for Dongguan Xinke Metal Stampings to take on projects others have turned down because they were too difficult or “impossible” to form.

One of our more recent additions is a Sony Punch Press that is state of the art for forming operations. This press allows us greater flexibility in relation to the number of operations required to achieve extensive forming.

4. Tool and Die Capabilities

Our in house tool and die shop has produced over 5,000 different parts .

We use a proprietary tool and die system that saves our customers as much as 80% of conventional tooling cost.

Certified "Life Time Tooling" - we cover all repair and maintenance cost as long as it remains in our shop and the revision remains the same.

Tooling will punch most metals, including the exotic high temps like Inconel, Hastelloy, and Haynes as well as some types of plastic fiberglass and rubber.

Dongguan Xinke Metal Stampings offers a full range of industrial coating services to protect metals and extend their working life. Our specialized services utilize the latest technology, most advanced resources, and most experienced engineers to exceed even the strictest quality standards.

All of the metal processes we provide meet industry-accepted standards, and we can customize our services to meet your unique specifications.

Our metal process services include:

• Passivation - This cleaning and conditioning process for stainless steel is used to prevent corrosion.
• Cadium Plating - Cadmium plating is a unique combination of corrosion resistance, solder ability, and antistatic characteristics. It is commonly used in aerospace applications. It may be clear, yellow, black or olive drab.
• Powder Coating - With exceptional durability and environmentally-friendly characteristics, powder coating is the preferred alternative to painting.
• Anodize - Anodize produces a uniform and much harder than natural oxidation which will not flake off like paint. Aluminum may be dyed to receive a colored finish at the end of the anodizing process.
• Tin Plating -Tin Plating is used in the food industry. It is also used in the electronics industry for its solder ability.
• Zinc Plating - This process is used to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the base material, protecting it and extending its working life.
• Chrome Plating - While used primarily as a decorative finish, chrome plating also reduces friction.
• Gold and Silver Plating - Gold and Silver plating are ideal for ornamental purposes. It is also used in electronics due to the resistance to corrosion.
• Black Oxide - This is an excellent choice for indoor corrosion protection on products with oil or wax finishes.
• Anneal - Anneal is a baking process that decreases the temper of the material.
• Heat Treat/Age - Heat Treat / Age is a baking process that increases the temper of the material.
