Zunhuang series mash system consist of 1 vessel mash system, 2 vessels mash system, 3 vessels and other design, mainly includes mash tank, brew kettle, lauter tank and whirlpool. Zunhuang company introduction German production technology with advanced technology of modern automatic plasma, laser cutting and pure argon gas welding, it can achieve to asepsis. And it can transit heat and save the energy maximally according to steam flowing principle with the allying of dimple plate jacket technology.
All the pipes and vales among the whole equipment are connected by sanitary joint for easy to connect, install, uninstall, move and alter.Now Zunhuang equipment adopt electric heating, steam heating, gas heating and direct fire heating method on mash heating system, it’s Zunhuang researched by the many years of practical experience and combined with the different situations of customers.
