Aluminum special dewaxing liquid
1.Product number: Q/YS.212 (Yi Shun brand)
2.Product features:
This product is suitable for wax layer (and oil) removal of all kinds of aluminum surface. It does not hurt the aluminum matrix, can maintain the luster of aluminum. The removal of wax is fast, clean and thorough. Products are environmentally friendly, non flammable.
3.Product index:
⑴ Performance: Light yellow liquid, transparent and appropriate odor.
⑵PH value: ≧10.
⑶Proportion: 1.03±0.03
4.Usage method:
⑴Add 10 ~ 20 times of tap water , heating to 50℃～80℃, processing time is 3-10 minutes;
⑵The wax layer can be removed by the method of washing, soaking, brushing, spraying or ultrasonic wave.
⑶Washing after removing wax layer.
5.Matters needing attention:
⑴If the wax layer is much, it can be divided into two steps, that is, coarse and fine removal.
⑵When the wax dewaxing liquid on the surface of the wax, it should be filtered to remove the wax from the top and reuse it.
