1. I want to custom the products, how to start my order and how to process with my order?

- Hello, thanks for your inquiry. You can start your order as following steps :

1)Please send us your inquiry or chat with us on the trade manager directly.

2)We will give you a quotation based on your requests of the products.

3)After both of us agree with the price conditions, we will send you a profoma invoice.

4)Please send us the artwork profile you need so that we can make the sample for your reference.

5)The pictures of products' sample will be sent to you to confirm by email before mass production.

6)Mass production will be begun after you confirm the sample is the right.

7)Products will be sent out after your delivery details and rest of payment confirmed.

2.What's the format of the artwork/design should be sent?

-We would like the artwork/design in vector format such as AI, CRD or PDF. Please convert all text to out line for artwork. If tou don't have any vector format files, jpg is also accepted but the printing effect will not be so clear.

3.How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country

-The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location or destination. Shipping cost probably update time to time and the charge is not same but it depend on the Express service providers adding their oil charge or other charges each month.

4.How do I pay for my order?

-Payment can be accepted through T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, Paypal or L/C.

5.How many days can I get my package?
