12 LB Holding Power Ceramic Cup Magnet 1.26" Magnetic Round Base

This ceramic cup magnet has a holding power of 12 lbs. It is made under ISO 9001 quality systems and of the top quality ceramic magnet.

This listing includes one piece of ceramic cup magnet made of ceramic magnet ring and a chrome plated steel cup. The ceramic ring magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesive. This arrangement greatly increases the holding power of the magnet and at the same time provides the protection to the magnet so it becomes much more durable.

The holding power of this magnetic assembly is about 15 LBS with a direct contact with the steel. The outer diameter of the magnet is 1.26" (32mm). The mounting hole in the center is 0.15" (3.81mm) which allows a #8 screw pass through. The total thickness of the assembly is 0.18" (4.57mm).

The applications of this cup magnet include magnetic holding, lifting, antenna Mounting, positioning, retrieving and much more.

     No, we don't, nor does anyone else, because they don't exist.  All magnets must have at least two poles.

4,Do you stock any unplated magnets?

     The iron in the NdFeB material will oxidize if it is exposed to moisture. For this reason, we do not stock any unplated magnets.          We can supply unplated magnets as custom order items.

5,How can I get the sample?

   Samples in stock can sent out within one day, free samples accordingly, Express fee paid by customers.If samples not in stock,      7-15 days manufacture, and we charge sample fee and express fee.
