Functions and features

The fried food de-oiling machines is centrifugals made of stainless steel (for most parts). They are fully-closed and special typed machines with digital input control, automatic electromagnetic brake, heavy base, shock absorber, self center marker, frequency and speed control and movable whirling bucket.

The food and vegetable de-watering machines are mainly used to dry water off the surface of cleaned or soaked vegetables, food and drugs, and to extract or remove the inner water of pieces of vegetables and other plants.

Working principle:

De-oiling machine is provided with eccentric exercise for its working principle, motor to drive the tank for high speed rotation, fried food in high speed rotating when the machine operating centrifugal motion, oil will be throw away from the holes, remove oil.

Operating Instructions:

The machine should be placed on flat floor with its four angles balanced and no angle hanging in the air.Connect the “earth line” and connect the power supply of 240V/50Hz.Set the figures on the board: controls the operating time in seconds,the figures are commonly set between 0s and 999s.

1. Pls put raw material in to drum evenly, attention to keep balance, can not overload.

2. When need working, start power, when machine at normal speed, oil will be discharge.

3. Set working times according to de-oiling time of raw material. When the time over, de-oiling machine can stop automatic.

Maintenance and service:

1. Handlers must be know machine’s structure, performance, operation method well.

2. Add raw material should be evenly, avoid much weight and cause vibration.

3. When the machine operation, can not open lid, avoid to cause danger.

4. Can not put anything on the lid, avoid to cause danger.

5. Should maintenance every half year.

6. This machine must be connection earth.
