When can I get the quotation? 
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regart your inquiry priority. 

Usually you need to send below information, we will quote within 12 hours after we get it. 1) For customization : material, size, color, surface treatment, cunstruction and   quantity. 2) For OEM: need to supply your design and request.

What's the shipping way?

Regarding the small quantiy order, we can send them by Fedex express which we have 35% discount and the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to client's demands.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

Generally speaking, we suggest that you start to inquire two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
