Q-1 How to start my order and how to process my order?

A) Pease email us your inquiries, or chat with us on trade manager

2) Price will be sent to you based on your request 

3) After order confirmed, Proforma Invoice will be sent to you

4) A photo of the sample will be sent to you for your confirmation before mass production 

5) Products will be sent out after you finish the rest of the payment 

Q-2 Would you charge the sample fee? Mailing fee? 

 If you choose the number of samples to a certain extent, we will make reasonable decisions.

Q-3. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.

Q-4  How can we get a quote?

We could give a accurated price when you confirm the Size, Colour, Material, Quantity and the artwork. 

Q-5  How many days can I get my products?

Normally within one week, it depends on which kind of the delivery express services you choose.
