Yes, we do offer samples for your reference, it is charged, we will refund the sample cost if your quality meets our requirements.

By express, by air, by sea and by land transportation, we will base on your situation and recommend which will be your best way to delivery your ordered goods.
5) What is your MOQ?
For our standard production products, the MOQ is 5 Ctns/model. However, if you require doing OEM service, the MOQ will be based on your requirement.
6) Can you do OEM/ODM items?
Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM items as we have much experience in dealing with the OEM/ODM items which are always beyond customers’ expectation.
7) What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western union, PayPal, Escrow, etc.
8) If I never use this kind of products before, how can I operate it?
Don’t worry, every product will include an English user manual which will guide you how to use it.
9) Do you offer packaging as well as manual in other languages?
Normally we offer packaging and user manual in English, if you request it in your own language, no problem; we can discuss it further in other MOQ requirement.
