Quality Control during production:

1.Double stitching everywhere

All seams are double stitched (triple to quartic stitched in sensitive parts) and reinforcement strips stitched on all mattress seams.

2. Professional machine

We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines, which special in sewing 18oz Vinyl. At the same time, we use 12 lines high strength nylon thread to construct each inflatable product.

3. Durable zippers

We make strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. Above the zipper, there is a zipper cover, which is help to disperse the zipper's stress.

4. Reinforced strips at joint

Empireinflatable will make reinforcestrips at the bottom to joint each corner just as the picture as below. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all.

5. D rings for fixation

Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable. It makes the inflatable steady enough.

 6. Security

Safe and convenient air flap & durable zippers, high quality small hole netting and entrance security design for safety protection when play fun.

Question 1. What are the differences between inflatable tents and sealed tents?

Answer: Inflatable tents are lower cost sewing products that need constant blowing comparing with sealed tents, which are using heat welding technology and only need one blow up.

Question 2. Can I have custom design with needed doors, windows, preferred colors and printings?

Answer: Yes, you can. We collect a team of professional designers and are able to design the tents as requested. Of course, we always confirm the design before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Question 3. How to blow up a tent? What can I do when the tent is not in use?

Answer: We can show you how to blow up the tent and pack it when not in use.(pictures and videos are available.)

Question 4. How long will it take to produce a tent?

Answer: It all depends, large tent will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(For urgent order, pls inform us in advance and we will make the priority arrangement for you)

Question 5. How long will it take for the shipping?

Answer: We can arrange shipping by sea, by air or by express for you, depending on your choice. We will check the exact shiping details when you place the order.

Question 6. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?

Answer: We are a manufacturer with more than 14 years experience. We have CE, EN71,EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS and other certificates.

Question 7. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?

Answer: Yes, each tent is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

Question 8. Can I check the tent before delivery?

Answer: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures. Or you can come and make a check.

Question 9. How about the warranty?

Answer: We offer 2 years warranty for each tent.
