1.Q: Could you do custom-made inflatables?
A: Yes. Tell me the color and size you need, we can make inflatabes for you.

2.Q: What is the material? 
A: We use commercial Plato 0.55mm PVC Tarp, flame retardant, lead free,waterproof, anti-UV,to make our sewing inflatables, and 0.60mm/0.90mm thickness for sealed inflatables.

3.Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products? 
A: Yes, we can, you just need to send me the logo or picture you want to print.

4.Q: What included in the products?
A: It includes inflatable unit, CE or UL arpproved blower, repair kit ,insturction,etc.

5.Q: How can we install the inflatables?
A: it is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower,unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

6.Q: How about warranty? 
A:  2 Year,But advertising products:1 Year.

7.Q: Does your blowers have CE//UL approved?
A: yes. We offer the CE or UL approved blowers,according to your local requirements.

8.Q: How to order?
A: 1. Choose your favorite item and confirm the order

     2. we arrange Proforma Invoice for your confirm by email or fax

     3. Please reply to confirm order PI by email or fax

     4. Clients pay 50% as deposit by T/T,  Western Union  or other payments.

     5. We arrange producing goods

     6. We taking photos after complete order for you checking goods

     7.Arrange shipment

9.Q: Producing time?
A: In Generally, 3-5 days in off-season, 7-10 days in busy season.
