Designing: 3d computerized modeling, clay modeling.

Inflatable Specifications: 8 Oz PVC double side coated Rip stop Nylon (420 Denier), UV protected. (FR can be done on requirement)

Castle Fabric: 18 – 20 Oz PVC double side coated nylon / polyester of 1,000 Denier.

Sewing / Stitching: Double stitch (locking) for better reinforcement, nylon thread. Quadruple stitch at stress points for moonwalkers / interactive inflatables.
