Q: Why do you charge samples fee?

A: We need to sourse the material for your customized designs,

and pay the printing, embroidery, labour cost etc.

Most importantly sample fee is REFUNDABLE  !                                                  

Q: How much is the samples fee?
A: Usually  50~100 USD per style, depends on the size;

If the design or artcraft is more complicated, the fee will be higher.

The sample fee will refunded to you if the production order qty is more than 3000pcs.

Q: What is the samples time?
A: Usually 5-7 days according to the different samples.

Usually, multi-angle pictures of the trial sample first within 3 working days;

and after get your modification suggestions, final samples within 5  working days

Q: How about the sample freight?

A:  Usually with clients' freight collect account (DHL/EMS/TNT etc);
     If not, the freight shall be paid to us with the sample fee.

Q: If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?

A: Yes, until you say “yes, it is ok”

Q: Do you have a competitive price?
A:Of course, we are authoritative manufactory, we are the source!

Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have QC department will control the quality on line for you.

We will sent you inspection report before shipment for you check it.

Your QC department will be welcome to my factory and inspect the quality. 

Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
A: Respond us the bad quality quantity with photos and details, we will respond immediately.
