A: Yes. If you have picture and size, we can do custom-made inflatables for you.

A: We use commercial Plato 0.55mm PVC Tarp, flame retardant, lead free,waterproof,

anti-UV,to make our sewing inflatables, and 0.90mm thickness for sealed inflatables. Such as the water boat, flying fish

Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products? 
A: Yes, we need your picture or logo in Vector graph made by CorelDraw or AI..

Q: What included in the products?
A: It includes inflatable unit, CE or UL arpproved blower, repair kit ,insturction,etc.

Q: How can we install the inflatables?
A: it is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower,

    unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q: What warranty? 
A:  2 Year,But advertising products:1 Year.

Q: Does your blowers have CE//UL approved?
A: yes. We offer the CE or UL approved blowers,according to your local requirements.

Q: Minimum order quantity?
A: 1 piece.

Q: How to order?
A: 1. Choose your favorite item and confirm the order

     2. we arrange Proforma Invoice for your confirm by email or fax

     3. Please reply to confirm order PI by email or fax

     4. Clients pay 50% as deposit by T/T,  Western Union  or other payments

          ( please do not forget to send us bank slip for checking)

     5. We arrange producing goods

     6. We taking photos after complete order for you checking goods

     7. Clients arrange remains balance(if not satisfied, we will modify products untill satisfied)

     8. Arrange shipment

Q: Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 5-10 working days, excluding transit time,

     from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Q: How to ship?
A: By sea, by air or by express

A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.
