The Inflatable cylinder buoy is ideal for events in the water requiring a removable marker, like yachting and swimming races, surf life-saving events, canoe, rowing and kayak races. The Inflatable cylinder buoy is easily deployed and when not in use rolls into a very small unit for storage. A handy multi-buoy carry bag is supplied with each marker buoy order, or individual carry bags can be purchased if required.  

The recommended minimum water depth for our standard Inflatable cylinder buoy designs is 3 meters. If you would like to use your Inflatable cylinder buoy in shallower water talk to our sales team, we can customise to suit your needs.

Materials: For the water games we used is 0.9mm PVC Tarpaulin, it durable, waterproof and fireproof.

Air Valve: For the air valve, we have two colors, one is black and another one is grey.

Air Pump: For all of the water games, it use Air pump, the inflatable products use the air blower.

Printing: we have one printing machine, and can help you printing your logo or picture on the products.

Packing: we use the pvc bags package the products, and use the carton package the air pump/blowers.

Cutting Machine: After our designer finish the produciton design, use the cutting machine to cut the material

Workmanship: we use welding workmanship to make the air tight products, machines and details as below

FAQ:

1.Q. How many sides logo for one buoy?

A:  It’s according to the shape of the buoy. Triangle shape has 3 side logo printing, square shape has 4 sides logo printing. Cylindrical shape has 2 sides logo printing, and the tube shape,  according to the length to make. Of course, also can according to your requirement.

2.Q. How many D-rings on the buoy? What should I do to fix them?

A: The quantity of the D-rings also according to the shape you order. In generally, triangle shape has 3 D-rings, square and cylindrical has 4 pieces D-rings, and the tube shape, need to according to the length you need. 

When you use them, you can use the heavy things or sand bag tip the D-ring.

3.Q: We use the buoy in the sea water, does it will be damage from the salt water?

A: The salt water won’t damage the buoy, because the material we used is from the China best material supplier-Plato, it’s waterproof, fireproof and corrosion, even used in salt water. Many of our customer do the activity in the sea, haven’t feedback us this problem.

4.Q: We have so many sponsor, we want to let the buoy has different kinds of logo.

 A: It’s ok. We can make the clear PVC material on the buoy, about A4 size, you can printing your sponsor logo, and then put it in the PVC material is ok. Different sponsor, you can change different logo printing.

5.Q: I want to use them in night activity, do you have methods to help me?

A: Yes, we can make it for you. We have one material, if it appeal the lights in day time, and in the night, it will be lighting by itself.

We will make this material on the buoy, and this material is waterproof, if there raining, you also can use them.

6.Q:  For fixed the buoy, can I add the water through the Valve?

 A:  To be honest, we don’t suggest you do this. Because when we don’t use the buoy, need to make it dry, if you add the water inside, have no methods to make the inside material dry, easy damage the products.

7.Q: What should I do to make the products clear after I finish use it?

  A: You can use the soft towel with Dishwashing liquid to brush them is ok.

8.Q:  How to keep the products after finish use?

 A: After you finish using the products, use the air pump with the gas extraction, and make the surface dry. And then, put the buoy on the ground, fold the angular side first, and then fold them one step by one step. Remember put them in Dry environment. Next time use, open and inflate is ok.

9.Q:If the buoy is leak, what should I do?

A: Firstly, use the air pump to inflate the buoy, and use the soapy water to wipe the buoy, find the leak point.

Secondly, make the products surface dry, take the repair kits(we will ship to you with the products), glue and material, meanwhile prepare a hair blower.

 Thirdly, apply glue on the leak points and it’s surrounding , after the glue dries, put the material on the glue, and then use the hair blower blowing will make it more firmly.

10.Q: When I use the blower, should I inflate all the time? If not, how long to inflate one buoy? How long can be used after one time inflate?

 A: Because the inflatable buoy is air-tight products, do not need inflate all the time, just one time inflate is ok. One time inflate can use 7-10 days, if the air not so enough, you can add by yourself. And when you inflate the buoy, need 3-5 minutes.
