Ball fiber filling machines - Description: 

1. Working Principle: High-pressure air is used to absorb thermoball  through the automatic weighing system,and to fill the panel with preset weight. 

2. Scope of Aplication: It is applied in heavy garments manufacturers' filling process, and is applicable to normal polyester ball fiber and thermoball fiber. 

3. Filling Port: Two under independent operation. Each panel piece can be set to 100 grid grams. It can save up to 100 sets of data for different panels.

4. Filling Speed:1 g/s~8g/s(adjustable)

5. Single Down Loading Volume: 3.5KG approximately

6. Accuracy for one whole jacket: ±3%
