Micro-fiber wiper series was weaved with 80D 36Fx16P polyester and nylon, ,sealed by laser or ultrasonic cutting,washed by 18MΩ ultra-pure water and double packaged in class 100 cleanroom.Excellent absorbency, the dust and fiber seldom fall from the wiper, solvents saving, strong cleanliness and without any damage to the surface of wiped products.
Using:Suitable for clean products and precision equipment; Direct cleans,such as Panel,Optical, Color filter, TFT, LCD, LED, Computer , Color monitor wafer, Semiconductor , etc.Polish precision equipment maintenance; Optical Instrument, Medical, sophisticated high-tech production equipment
Applicable to Class 100 cleanroom.
Note: Three kind of edge type are optional(Lasing cutting, ultrasonic cutting sealing, ultrasonic cutting embossing sealing)
