Q2 What's the main product of your company? Can you supply custom products?

Our main products are hotel textile such as hotel bedding sets, hotel bath linens, hotel table linens, quilts, pillows, towels and so on, we are direct manufacturer, can easily control the quality and production time. And definitely no problem for custom designs, we work on OEM orders,which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution,etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.

Q4 How can I get some samples?

It is our greatest honor to have the opportunity to offer our samples to you. New clients are expected to pay for the courier’s cost,the samples are free. This charge will be deducted from the payment when the order is placed.

Regarding the courier’s cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

We have a well trained professional QC team, each production process will be strictly inspected and controlled.

Q6 What is the MOQ for your down duvet production?

The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.
