Service Level 1: Tele-Investigation Service Level 1

This service consists in a phone conversation in Chinese with your supplier in China.

One of our consultants specially trained to perform the service conducts the interview by phone and talks in Chinese during around 30 minutes with your supplier in China.

She gathers the essential information about your supplier’s company (legal status, licenses, certificates, turnover, number of workers, experience in matter of exportation, main export markets, lead time, payment terms, etc.).

Upon the end of the conversation, our experienced QC team briefly analyzes the supplier replies and compare them with our extensive background experience in on-site quality control services and international Trade with China.

A concise but complete report (including the main information about the supplier, our QC team’s observations and comments) is sent to the client the same day.

We can customize this tele-investigation service to address the concerns, uncertainties, and interrogations you may have about your Chinese supplier.

Please note that this service does not include the verification of the supplier’s official documents with Chinese local authorities.

Service Level 2: Tele-Investigation Service Level 2

Same service as the tele-investigation service level 1 but more complete.

Besides the over the phone interview of the supplier, the service tele-investigation level 2 includes the verification of the supplier company’s registration, export license, certificates, and other official documents. We confirm these documents’ authenticities with the competent official Chinese authorities.

Company’s website and phone numbers localization are also checked.
