1.What’s the MOQ about the hat and cap?

Our MOQ is 24pcs in each design and each color.

2.Can you do custom hats and caps?

Yes, we can do custom hats and caps as your requirement. We can offer you different fabrics, colors, artworks, sizes, styles, peaks, back closures for your reference.

3.What size can you do?

48-54cm (6-6 3/4inch) for child, 56-62cm(7-7 3/4 inch) for adult. You can use the ruler to measure your head, and then tell us, we can do custom size as your requirement.

4. What’s the sample time and mass production time?

For sample, after details confirmed, we will take about 5-7 work days to finish it.

For mass order, 24-100pcs, we can finis them about 12 workdays.

             100-500pcs, we can finish them about 14-18 workdays.

             500-3000pcs, we can finish them about 20-25 workdays.

             5000-10000pcs, we can finish them about 25-28 workdays

             More than 10000pcs, we will arrange it according to your designs and delivery time.

5.What payment method do you accept?

  For small order, we accept PayPal , Western Union, Escrow, Bank Transfer

  For big order, we accept Westren Union, T/T or L/C

6. What’s the shipping way will you send products to me?

 If small order, we can send products to you by DHL,SF, Fedex, UPS, EMS and so on.

 If big order, we can send products to your by sea or by air.
