Features

Workop: use 12.7mm thick phenolic resin(solid core physiochemical)board, all surrounding edges are double-thickened to 25.4mm, anti-static, waterproof, easy to clean, strong load-bearing, chemical (90% strong acid and alkali)corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance of 180 ℃, good scratch resistance, beautiful and smooth without hurting hands.

Cabinet Body: use fixed type box cabinet to support the worktop directly.

Door, Drawer, Baffle(removable panels) and the whole cabinet body is made of 1.0-1.2mm thick cold-roll steel or galvanized steel sheet, with surface treated by pickling and phosphating, and electrostatic coated by epoxy resin powder, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, with stable structure and strong bearing capacity.

Optional: the knee space(leg room) design for people to sit.
- Slide Rail: use 3- section rolling ball mute slide rail, light smooth and no noise when slide, high strength and not deformed after long term load, can be used normally more than 1000,000 times.
- Hinge: use damping hinge, with opening angle is 90° or 110°, and it can be closed automatically without noise, no spring back, high strength and can not be easily broken, open-close can reach 100,000 times at least.

-Handle: generally use bent integrative handle, strong solid and elegant appearance.

embedded alum-alloy handle, bow type alum-alloy handle or stainless steel handle is available.

• Water Sink/Test Flume: 

Material: high density polypropylene made, resistant to most chemicals, strong corrosion resistance;
Wall thickness: 5mm, up to 7mm, flat and non-deformation. 

• Water Tap/Faucet /Test Nozzle: 

Thick solid brass, high gloss thick epoxy resin powder; resistant to most chemicals, corrosive and heat resistance, anti ultraviolet radiation, non-toxics and safety.
Ceramic valve headwork: sealed structure, can be used for 500, 000 times without any leakage;
Detachable serrated nozzle, anti-splash bubbler is optional.
High grade PP knob switch, ergonomic design, convenient and quick. feel comfortable, easy to operate.

• Pegboard/Drip Rack/ Drying Rack

Material: high grade PP, stainless steel is available.
Size: 400*550mm or 550*700mm.
Type: single faced or double faced, there are drain holes in the middle of the bottom tray, and the pegs(drip rods) can be detachable, easy to use.
Installation mode: wall mounted/ desk mounted.

• Steel-Glass Structure Reagent Rack

Upright column: use high quality steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance; there is 1 socket per column. 
Shelf: use 5-10mm thick single side frosting high quality tempered glass, all around rim treatment, smooth and not easy to hurt the hands.
Other Fittings:
Equipped with glass support arm, which make user freely adjust the height according to comfortable requests.
The shelf edge is equipped with ?12mm stainless steel stop rods in order to prevent reagent utensil drop, elegant appearance and useful.

• Trunking/Socket Box: 

Steel, Alum-alloy or PP pedestal box;
10A or 16A socket, water-proof (3-hole or 5-hole) socket is optional.
All international socket standards are available like British Standard, American Standard. etc

Packaging&Shipping

Because the weight and dimension are big, the lab benches, fume hoods or lab cabinets are generally going to be only shipped by Sea;
They would be packed in cartons (FCL shipping) or plywood boxes(LCL shipping) in assembled or disassembled state.

Of course they can be shipped by Air or Express if you can accept the shipping cost!
