first: normally car cover have four materials : polyester/oxford ,non-woven ,peva,eva

for our factory all of that material have waterproof and anti-UV ,dustproof function ,that is the basic function.

second: some of our customers want the car cover have more function ,such as snow proof ,hail proof, fireproof and so on

then we will put some padding or coating some material to reach their demond.

fox example,if you want hail proof function ,we can use 210T/190T polyester fabric+pp cotton,

210T polyester is strong enough can bear lower temperture and pp cotton is soft can prevent hail hit against the window and car body .

our factory produce the fabric by ourself and except the dyeing all of the working procedure are finished by ourself.
