LB asphalt mixing plant

1.The bottom of the product structure is relative to the side of the structure, which is greatly reducing the area occupied by the equipment. Meanwhile, eliminating the finished product car lifting mechanism, and reducing the equipment failure rate. 

2. The use of imported vibration motor-driven linear vibrating screen to improve the screening efficiency and reduce the equipment failure rate. 

3.The aggregate hoisting machine uses double-row plate to enhance the chain.

4.Unique mixing blade design and extraordinary power-driven mixing cylinder makes mixing easier, more efficient and reliable.

5.Optimized drying drum lifting plate structure, which makes the operation effective and stable.

6. Reserved thermal regeneration equipment interface, which can increase the matching with the thermal regeneration equipment. 

7. There are fault self-diagnostic feedback program for dual-machine dual-control automatic computer  and manual control system so that the system can be used to improve the efficiency of the system.

8. The modular design is to improve installation more quickly and easily.
